Returns are accepted for a refund once received back to Tough Footwear. Simply send an email before returning boots and we will give you an RA Number. Simply write the RA number we give you on the outside of the box. Buyer pays return shipping. Please send original box back in another shipping box. Boots that are worn or soiled will not be eligible for a refund. Returns must be in resellable condition. Communication is key as we want you to be a satisfied customer.
